What are image credits?
Images credits are used for image processing actions like:
Generating new images (Imagine, Reroll, Blend)
Updating generated images (Upscale, Variations, Inpaint, Outpaint, Pan)
and reading images (Describe)
An image credit typically cost 0.07$ and can be bought when you run out of credits.
Here is the breakdown of how much each action costs:
Imagine / Blend: 2 credits in Fast mode and 4 in Turbo mode.
Variations / Outpaint / Inpaint / Pan / Blend: 2 credits in Fast mode and 4 in turbo mode
Describe / Seed / 1x Upscale (U1, U2, U3 and U4): 1 credit
2x Upscale: 3 credits in Fast mode and 6 credits in Turbo
4x Upscale: 8 credits in Fast mode and 18 credits in Turbo mode
Upscale (subtle) / Upscale (creative): 2 credits in Fast mode and 4 in Turbo mode.
PS: If the original request is in Fast mode or Turbo mode, the next dependent requests (except of Seed and 1x Upscale) will also respectively be in Fast mode or Turbo mode. This means if you generate images using the imagine endpoint in Turbo mode, the Variations request you will make from it will automatically be in Turbo mode.
